About the Artist:
I’m a traditional and digital artist that focuses on painting and illustration. My art is mostly inspired from cartoons I grew up watching and I try to achieve a middle ground between realism and surrealism, while adding elements of anxiety and depression, thus creating an impactful surreal piece in hopes that I can make the viewer feel vulnerable when they view my works. Vulnerability is my biggest theme when it comes to my artworks, and how my works can operate as a safe space to portray those feelings.
What drew you to working with ALPACA?
The one thing that drew me in with ALPACA is everyone’s ability to be vulnerable with their art and present a safe environment for each one of us, devoid of any judgement.
